Caller would like to find out if the Traffic lights at Industrial and North Service Road were faulty at the time of an incident today at 3:35pm. Caller would like to know if the lights are reported not working properly as a driver was going through a green light and a driver indicated the lights were amber. The driver going through the green had to swerve to avoid the accident.
