Large sinkhole/ sunken sidewalk issue reported.

Customer reporting at the lights at Hampton Heath and Lakeshore. the wind has blown the walk/don't walk lights , lights that should be facing south , face north now. When crossing the street from south east side of Lakeshore to the north east side you have to guess if the walk light is on.

Sidewalk improvements took place, right where this was stopped and meets the old sidewalk, there is a large amount of water pooling at the bottom of the driveway.
The old sidewalk does not have the crushed stone underneath for drainage, there is now a significant amount of thick ice.
