Caller reporting that the traffic light at Upper Middle Road and Mountaingrove Ave is now not changing unless the driver gets out of their car and presses the button. The lights have never been a problem before but have since changed as of yesterday. Requesting to have the signal loop/cycle to go back to original schedule.
